Useful Information

Legal fees: Usually we bill common advisory services according to hourly rates and representation before court according to “RATG” (Lawyer’s Tariff Act). Case-by-case (real estate transactions or representation of debtors) a lump-sum (a percentage of the transaction sum) may be agreed upon. Expenses and VAT are added.
